Our Beliefs

Thank you for taking a moment to visit our website. For those who find yourselves on this page, we have prayed for an opportunity to share God’s Word with you. If you happened here seeking truth, hope, or encouragement, we pray this message opens a new pathway on your journey.

John 17:3

"This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent."

In this verse, Jesus defines what salvation means.

Romans 5:8-10

"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him. For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life."

Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines the word reconcile the following way:

~to restore to friendship or harmony
~to accept something unpleasant
~to account for

The blood of Jesus Christ was the reconciliation for our sin. When we know Jesus Christ as our Savior, we accept this truth, and we are justified. We are saved. We are given the gift of eternal life. When Jesus was crucified, His blood was the atonement for our sin, reconciling our debt, so that we could be free from the penalty of sin, which is death.

Jesus illustrates salvation to the Samaritan woman in John 4. Jesus replied, "If you only knew the gift God has for you and who I am, you would ask me, and I would give you living water." John 4:10 (NLT)

Jesus asks the woman at the well to receive Him, and His gift. He then goes on to say, "Whoever drinks of this water (the water from the well) will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him (living water) will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life." John 4:13-14

Our Beliefs
"You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink." God loves you and wants a relationship with you.

"We have a right to believe whatever we want, but not everything we believe is right." ~Ravi Zacharias, Apologist

Now, take a look at John chapter 18, verse 37, "Therefore Pilate said to Him, "So You are a King?" Jesus answered, "You say correctly that I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice."

If you have not thought about "truth" before, if you have not thought about where you will spend eternity, it is our prayer that these scriptures will challenge you to think about your worldview and your eternal future.

If you know Jesus Christ as your Savior, please reflect on the significance of the following verse, and the condition of our nation today...

Amos 8:11

"Behold, days are coming," declares the Lord God, "When I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine for bread or a thirst for water, But rather for hearing the words of the Lord."

Here's an interesting quote from C.S. Lewis:

"If you read history you will find that the Christians who did most for the present world were precisely those who thought most of the next. It is since Christians have largely ceased to think of the other world that they have become so ineffective in this one."
