From Tahnee to Trouble

Between the fall of 2009 and November of 2010, we’ve experienced quite a transformation. We have traveled to Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and of course~ Missouri. Showing horses is more than a hobby, it’s a lifestyle. One that is enjoyed when taking into consideration what is best for the horse and the rider.

Much of our year was spent showing Tahnee (A Blazing Invitation.) Little did we know the circumstances that would unfold, which brought Trouble into our lives! Trouble (Show Me the Honey) found us in August of 2010. A door opened for Amanda, and the opportunity for her to show with Berryhill Quarter Horses became a reality. While Tahnee takes some time off, Amanda will be showing Trouble in western events.

As we reflect on the past year, it’s hard to comprehend how we got from where we were, to where we are. It’s even harder to convey the extent of our journey in three and a half minutes, but we’ll try to give you a glimpse.

We thank God for the successes that lifted us. We thank Him for the failures that humbled us. But mostly, we thank Him for the friends who encouraged us. We cherish each of you, and the memories made along the way.
